Take your printing to the next level with a PEI coated build sheet. Never worry about glue sticks, painters tape or prints not sticking to your bed again, simply clean the bed with isoproyl alcohol, press print and when you print has finished flex your build sheet and the print will pop right off.

Our spring steel sheet is flat.

Strong magnetic base: 1.5MM, 300LSE tape,  magnetism-600GS  high temp resist up to 130C at long time

Material:

• 100% real Ultem1000（ PEI）amber color, matte surface. - Made in Europe

• This spring steel sheet is flat, flexible, and sticks to the bed magnet extremely well.

• PEI is 3m tape pre-applied, free of bubbles.

Recommend print temps

• PLA – 60C

• HTPLA – 60C

• PETG – 70-80C

• PCTG – 70-80C

• ABS – 100C

Product Usage Guidelines

• PETG/PCTG/TPU– If you are not careful with your 1st layer you can risk bonding the PETG/PCTG/TPU to the PEI surface. This will damage the surface. To prevent damage to the surface apply hairspray or PVA gluestick before printing PETG/PCTG/TPU on the PEI

  Part Removal– Make sure your plate is at close to room temp (under 30C) before removing parts. If you remove the print when it is still hot it is more likely to damage the surface.

  Easily remove 3D prints on printer by removing the spring steel plate, flexing it, and popping the print off. It's simple and makes the print removal process much easier.
