Vinificatie: pletten, ontstelen en voorzichtig persen, witte gisting gedurende 10 dagen in roestvrijstalen tanks met gecontroleerde temperatuur (16-18°C); rijping in roestvrijstalen vaten in afwachting van het mousseren. Tweede gisting in tanks onder druk gedurende ongeveer 30 dagen bij gecontroleerde temperatuur (14-16°C) tot het bereiken van 6 bar druk; de massa wordt dan gekoeld tot -4°C om de gisting te stoppen en gedurende minstens een maand bewaard bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 8-10°C, om het natuurlijke contact met de gist die zich op de bodem van de autoclaaf heeft afgezet te bevorderen; gevolgd door koeling en filtratie voor de isobarische afvulling van de flessen.

Geur: intense, licht aromatische neus, rijk aan citrusvruchten en diverse planten, fruitig met notities van peer en appel

Smaak: frisse en tegelijkertijd heel erg volle smaak, ondersteund door delicate zuren, witte perzik met een verrukkelijke zacht bittere nasmaak

Nice full sized doggy flying toy
This LaRoo Dog Flying Disc surprised my in the size and sturdiness. The disc measures 10 inches across, so it is appropriate for most dogs as it only weighs about 6 ounces. The material of the disc is made from sort of ultra high density foam, so there is a bit of give so depending on your dog they will probably leave some teeth marks as they grab it from the ground, but unlike the hard plastic discs, this disc isn't making many of those sharp edges. My pup loves chasing this disc, but it is a bit unpredictable where it will fly in the wind because is so light, but I think this just enhances the game.
