De eiwitpannenkoeken van QNT zijn ontwikkeld om moeiteloos in je routine te passen, of je nu sportief bent, een actieve dag hebt of simpelweg op zoek bent naar evenwichtigere opties voor je ontbijt of tussendoortjes.

Onze troef is dubbel: een hoog eiwitgehalte én een suikerarme samenstelling. Dit in een recept dat eenvoudig te bereiden is en verkrijgbaar is in meerdere smaken.

Natuurlijke smaak : Havermeel (gluten), volle eipoeder, eiwitpoeder, wei-eiwitisolaat (bevat melk, emulgator: E322), melkeiwitconcentraat, vanillearoma, melkroomsmaak, natriumchloride, verdikkingsmiddel: E414, natriumbicarbonaat, zoetstoffen: E955, E950. Kan sporen van soja en noten bevatten.

OM EEN PANNENKOEK TE MAKEN:

  • Meng 1 afgestreken maatschep (30 g) met 60 ml magere melk of water.
  • Klop tot je een homogeen beslag krijgt.
  • Giet in een hete anti-aanbakpan en bak op laag vuur tot beide kanten goud kleuren.
  • Meer vloeibare varianten: pas de hoeveelheid vloeistof licht aan (± 10–20 ml) afhankelijk van de gewenste textuur (dik = luchtiger, vloeibaarder = dunner en meer gekleurd).

TIPS OM EXTRA LUCHTIGE PANCAKES TE MAKEN.

Een lichte, zachte textuur hangt af van het recept én van enkele technische handelingen:

  • Kwaliteit van de eiwitten: de QNT-mix is ontwikkeld om gemakkelijk te mengen met de vloeistof, waardoor een glad beslag ontstaat en regelmatige pancakes.
  • Optionele “moelleux”-tips:
    • Geprakte banaan: zorgt voor zachtheid en vocht, ideaal als je een smeuïge structuur wilt.
    • Appelmoes: hydrateert het beslag en versterkt licht de smaak, zonder geraffineerde suiker.
    • Bakpoeder: een kleine hoeveelheid helpt om het beslag luchtig te maken.
    • Niet overmixen (stop zodra het beslag homogeen is): te veel mengen kan gluten ontwikkelen, wat de pancakes steviger maakt.
    • Bakken op middellaag vuur: zo garen de pancakes gelijkmatig zonder droog te worden of te verbranden.
    • Op het juiste moment draaien: wacht tot er belletjes aan de bovenkant verschijnen en de randen droger lijken.
