Op Matcha thee hoort een goede schuimlaag te liggen. Het is een belangrijk voorwaarde voor een volle ronde en rijke smaak. En onze matcha klopper (Chasen) helpt je deze te creëren.

Onze matcha klopper is met de hand gemaakt uit een enkel stuk bamboe. De maarliefst 120 delicate maar sterke borsteltjes zorgen er daarbij niet alleen voor dat je hiermee simpelweg de dikste en volste schuimlaag maakt, maar ook dat er zo min mogelijk klontjes onstaan. Omdat deze door de fijne steeltjes extra goed opgebroken worden.
Onze Chasen is daarmee een echte toevoeging op je smaakbeleving.
Een must have voor elke Matcha liefhebber.

Naast zijn specifieke functie om de beste schuimlaag te creëren brengt het gebruik van hout een merkbaar gevoel van natuurlijkheid met zich mee. Het is een echte toevoeging op je manier van bereiden.

Gebruikspunten:

NB: Week de bamboeklopper vóór elk gebruik ongeveer 30 seconden in heet water. Zo wordt het bamboe soepel, voorkom je dat de haartjes afbreken, en verleng je de levensduur van je klopper.

- Reinig de steeltjes na elk gebruik met koud water.
- Dep het water af met een theedoek en laat de Chasen recht op drogen.
- Bewaar de Chasen in de open lucht en in ieder geval niet in de plastic verpakking waarin hij geleverd wordt.
- Doe de Chasen niet in de vaatwasser.
- De Chasen behoud het beste zijn structuur en blijft het langst mooi door hem te bewaren op een chasen houder.

It's vegan and it has only five calories per two pieces. I have so far only chewed one piece at a time. One piece seems plenty for me. I've read that people need from six to ten grams of xylitol per day to effectively fight plaque. So, this gum needs to be chewed accordingly. Many people chew after every time they eat. I am happy with this purchase.
