De ongelooflijke vloeistof rijpt vijf jaar, eerst in Amerikaanse whiskyvaten, daarna in Spaanse vaten die eerder sherry bevatten, waardoor een sublieme toets ontstaat.

Deze Tequila gaat door een verouderingsproces van 5 jaar, 3 jaar in Amerikaanse Whiskey vaten en 2 jaar in Spaanse Sherry vaten. 

Kleur: donker amber met koperen accenten

Body: Full body 

Aroma: sherry, gedroogde pruimen, abrikoos, kersen, ahornsiroop, hazelnoot en intens eikenhout

Smaak: gedroogde pruimen, kaneel, creme caramel, vanille en gekonfijte gember

Om smaken en aroma's te benadrukken, raden we aan om met kleine hapjes van het volgende te proeven

Gestoofd of gerookt vlees (brisket, runderrib of buikspek) met een stevige saus (velouté, vleesjus of zoete mole).

Fruit en groenten: zwarte kers, vijgen en sinaasappel

Chocolade en zoet: Bittere of halfbittere chocolaatjes met citrusjam.

Kazen: Halfrijpe kazen (brie en camembert) en vleeswaren (salami, pamplona-worst of gevulde lende), vergezeld van brood en een compote van vijgen of rode bessen.

I spent more days than I am comfortable sharing with you pouring over processes and background apps, and registry trims…before Accam’s Razor suggested I eliminate the mouse as a variable. Changing the battery was ineffective, but when I swapped in the ooold Logitech…Yahtzee/Bingo/Booyah…smooth and precise…butter! All I needed was a new Logitech mouse. So, if you’re here you likely are having mouse issues of your own, or you just need one that works…this is it! 😉
