Tijdens elk gebruik ontwikkelt de plaat een natuurlijke patina die zorgt voor een sterk anti-aanbakeffect, waardoor je minder vet nodig hebt en steeds gemakkelijker kookt. Door de opening in het midden voeg je eenvoudig hout of kolen toe zonder de plaat te hoeven verplaatsen – ideaal voor lange kooksessies.

Het drie-armige frame is binnen seconden en zonder gereedschap te monteren en houdt de plaat stevig op zijn plaats.
