Biscardo Neropasso Veneto Rosso magnum 2022 

De appassimento methode is een unieke methode die kenmerkend is voor de productie van wijnen uit de Veneto regio. Deze techniek stamt uit een ver verleden en wordt gebruikt sinds de Romeinse tijd. De druiven die nodig zijn om de Neropasso wijn te maken, worden voor het persen gedroogd. Het drogen van de druiven vergt de nodige ervaring. De druiven moeten perfect rijp en gezond zijn als ze worden geselecteerd tijdens de handmatige oogst. De dunste trossen, met de druiven niet te dicht bij elkaar, worden uiteindelijk gekozen. Wanneer de druiven niet te dicht bij elkaar zitten kan de lucht goed circuleren. Hierna worden de druiven in grote geperforeerde plastic kisten gelegd. Dit zorgt voor uitstekende ventilatie. De dozen worden gestapeld in de fruttaio, een grote luchtige kamer, waarna de druiven periodiek worden gecontroleerd zodat de appassimento kan plaatsvinden op een perfecte manier.

De Neropasso wijn wordt gemaakt van de Corvinone, de Corvina en de Cabernet Sauvignon druif. Samen zorgen deze druiven voor een intens robijnrode kleur van de wijn. Het bouquet is kruidig met hints van kersen en pruimencompote. Fijn en fluwelig op het palet, aanhoudend met zachte tannines in de lange afdronk. De Neropasso wijn smaakt heerlijk bij pasta, wit- en roodvlees en verse- en gerijpte kazen.

I truly was hoping that Nate Jr. would be apart of the pack after the way he treated Astrea bc he truly didn’t deserve it. Though I must say you did a wonderful job or redeeming him as a person. I cried my eyes out when he walked into the story. I was truly terrified he was going to be a bad guy to the end. However you truly did him such a justice by having him realize his faults & having him redeem himself in the most wonderful way. I’m so sad that he didn’t get to hear how much his brother loved him & forgave him before dying. But again you wrote that ending so beautifully & I just can’t express how much I loved this story & how you took a different route than most authors I have read have. You are a remarkable author Cinder Blaze & I thank you generously for creating such a masterpiece.
