Ultratex is een must have product voor in elke moleculaire keuken. Het is een uiterst veelzijdig en hoogwaardig verdikkings-zetmeel. Het kan aan zowel warme als koude vloeibare bereidingen worden toegevoegd tot de gewenste dikte is bereikt.

Het is een smaakloos, kleurloos en glutenvrij poeder. Bij toevoeging aan een vloeistof lost het snel en gelijkmatig op zonder klonters te vormen. Perfect op smaak gebrachte sauzen, dranken, gels of andere vloeistoffen kunnen worden ingedikt tot de ideale textuur en consistentie zonder dat de smaak wordt aangetast.

Voeg 1-5% toe voor onmiddellijke verdikking, warm of koud. Als je de perfecte vloeibare gel of bouillon wilt maken gaat dat heel snel en gemakkelijk. Voeg Ultratex toe aan groente- of fruitsappen, milkshakes, smoothies, bouillons, sorbets, crèmes of andere vloeistoffen met een smaakje.

Maak flinterdunne tuiles en eetbaar glas door gels gemaakt met Ultratex uit te drogen. Ultratex is ook vries- en dooi-stabiel en voorkomt het uittreden van vloeistoffen. Het is geschikt voor veganisten, vegetariërs, het is glutenvrij en niet genetisch gemodificeerd.


Hoe te gebruiken:
Geleidelijk toevoegen tot de gewenste consistentie is bereikt. De hydratatie van Ultratex is snel, zodat het zeer snel indikt. Laat het idealiter een minuut of vijf staan, want de consistentie blijft lichtjes indikken naarmate het zetmeel opzwelt. Typische doseringen in vloeibare bereidingen: 1-5%.

Voedingseigenschappen: Per 100 gram: Energie: 1663kj/391 Kcal, Vet: 0,15 gram, waarvan verzadigd: 0.1g, Koolhydraten: 97g, waarvan suikers: 0 gram, Eiwit: 0.5 gram, Zout: <0.5 gram.


Bewaaradvies: Droog, koel en niet in direct zonlicht bewaren. Binnen 6 maanden na opening gebruiken.
