Gebruik:
Om te dampen - enkele malen per dag 1 theelepel oplossen in heet, niet kokend water. Adem de vrijgekomen dampen 10 tot 15 minuten in.

Om te wrijven: enkele malen per dag, ook voor het slapen gaan, borst, rug en hals inwrijven en warm toedekken.

Bewaren bij kamertemperatuur, buiten bereik van kinderen.

Waarschuwingen: Uitsluitend bestemd voor uitwendig gebruik. Niet aanbrengen bij de neus of de ogen. Was handen na gebruik. Niet te gebruiken bij kinderen onder de 3 jaar. Laat kinderen niet zonder toezicht gebruiken
