Vaak krijgen we het verzoek om deze jaarrond te doen, vandaar dat we hem dit jaar niet alleen met Kerst, maar ook met Pasen aanbieden.

Voor als je onze gevulde kalkoen nog nooit hebt geprobeerd: om het je nog makkelijker te maken hebben we de kalkoen van binnen al helemaal ontbeend en vervolgens op exquise wijze gevuld. Voor de vulling gebruiken we verfijnd kalkoengehakt, gecombineerd tot een heerlijke zoet hartige samenstelling met onder meer cranberries, kastanjechampignons, appeltjes, abrikozen, een bosuitje, rode ui en paprika en heerlijke bijpassende kruiden.

Daarnaast hebben we nog een vulling waarbij we aan deze ingrediënten nog vijgen en extra specerijen zoals kaneel, kardemom en een vleugje kruidnagel toevoegen.

Al met al een hele mooie basis voor een prachtig en heerlijk eindresultaat, toprestaurant waardig, zelf thuis gemaakt. We hebben een makkelijke handleiding ontwikkeld, ook al jaren beproefd en leveren er een echte vleesthermometer bij (winkelwaarde ca. € 7.50) om een perfect gegaard eindresultaat te garanderen.

Ingrediënten vulling: kalkoengehakt, gepasteuriseerd eigeel, broodkruim, geblancheerde kastanje champignons, gedroogde cranberries, gedroogde abrikozen, paprika, rode ui, gedroogde appeltjes, lente-ui, kruiden (zout, peper, paprika, ui, knoflook).  

Eventueel extra: gedroogde vijgen en extra kruiden (kardemom, kaneel, kruidnagel).

All of the toys are still going 6+ months later, even with the strongest jawed pitty mix.
