Lei sierperen zijn gemiddeld goede groeiers. Echte sterke bomen die goed in het Nederlandse klimaat groeien. Het blad is donkergroen met lichtgroene uitlopers.  Herfstkleuren zijn diep geel voor het blad valt. De beste manier om de lei sierpeer te snoeien is om elk jaar de takken af te snoeien op de lengte die u graag ziet. De lei sierpeer kan gesnoeid worden in de maanden oktober t/m maart. Een andere vorm is de Pyrus Chanticleer als boomvorm.

For Summer time and when playing and working in the sun, this is my go to sunscreen! I love how it is more natural than all the other ones out there. So, this is why I say that it works in almost every circumstance.
