De druiven worden voorzichtig geperst, zodat de most alleen bestaat uit sap dat vanzelf is vrijgekomen. De primaire aroma's worden zeer efficient onttrokken aan de schil. Dankzij dit proces blijven de aroma's behouden en geven de wijn een delicaat en fruitig aroma. De vergisting vindt plaats in RVS tanks bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. De rijping vindt ook plaats in RVS tanks gedurende een paar maanden. De wijn verfijnt zichzelf terwijl hij rust op zijn eigen gisten.
De wijn heeft een briljante rosé kleur. Het bouquet is fruitig met elegante wilde aardbeien en kersen. In de mond een smakelijke, soepele en harmonieuze wijn. Met een aangename afdronk.
Deze wijn kan geserveerd worden bij voorgerechten, vis, kaas, zacht smakende risotto of pasta en wit vlees.
Met 150 jaar ervaring heeft de familie Biscardo haar "roots" in de wijn. Werkzaam vanuit Verona geven de broers Maurizio en Martino vandaag de dag leiding aan het familiebedrijf. Hun wijnen staan bekend om hun drinkbaarheid en uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
