Maak eenvoudig een heerlijke botercrème met deze mix van FunCakes. De crème is perfect voor het vullen, afsmeren en decoreren van cupcakes, taarten en veel meer! Aan de mix voor Botercrème hoef je alleen nog water en boter toe te voegen voor het maken van de lekkerste botercrème.

  • Met deze mix maak je zeer eenvoudig een heerlijke romige botercrème, perfect voor het vullen van taarten en als topping op cupcakes.
  • De crème kan ook gebruikt worden om een taart mee af te smeren en vervolgens te bekleden met fondant of marsepein.
  • FunCakes botercrème heeft van zichzelf al een heerlijke vanillesmaak, maar kan met smaakpasta worden omgetoverd in de meest bijzondere smaakcreaties. Voeg nog wat voedselkleurstof (FunCakes Gel of Kleurpasta) toe en je creatie is helemaal af!
  • Inhoud: 10 kg.

Bereidingswijze: Verwerk de ingrediënten op kamertemperatuur. Voor één portie: meng 125 g mix met 125 ml water, klop het mengsel met een garde en laat dit mengsel minimaal één uur opstijven op kamertemperatuur. Klop 150 g ongezouten (room)boter in ca. 5 minuten zacht. Voeg het mengsel in gedeeltes toe aan de boter, mix steeds volledig door voordat het volgende deel wordt toegevoegd. Mix het geheel door tot een gladde crème (ca. 10 minuten). Eén portie botercrème is voldoende voor het vullen en afsmeren van 1 taart van 20 cm of het decoreren van ca. 12 cupcakes.

ingrediënten: suiker, gemodificeerd zetmeel, weipoeder (melk), dextrose (tarwe), glucosestroop (gedroogd), geleermiddel: E339, E450, E516, E401, emulgator: E435, zout, verdikkingsmiddel: E415, aroma (melk).
