Milk & Honey Classic is de eerste commerciële single malt whisky die deze Israëlische distilleerderij uitbrengt. Met trots is de naam 'Classic' aan deze whisky gekoppeld, doordat deze expressie het beste belichaamt van wat de Milk & Honey Distillery te bieden heeft.

Rijping van de Milk & Honey Classic single malt is gebeurd op een combinatie van ex bourbon vaten en STR-rode wijnvaten. STR staat hierbij voor shaved, toasted en recharred. Door het eikenhout te schaven, is het alsof de whisky in nieuwe eikenhouten vaten rijpt. Vervolgens worden de vaten zwaar gebrand waardoor de de Milk & Honey Classic meer complexe en intense smaken krijgt.


Het aroma is rijk aan tonen van vanille, eiken en licht florale invloeden. In de mond komt een soepel karakter naar voren met krachtige tonen van vanille, karamel en zoetigheden. Eiken en peper zorgen voor het evenwicht. De afdronk is kort met hints van eiken en kruiden.
