Rubino. Al naso si rivela, fin da subito, ampio e di piacevole intensità; si distinguono, in particolare, sentori di ciliegia e amarena, note di vaniglia e cenni di cioccolato. Al palato si presenta deciso, di bella setosità e di lunga persistenza.Il Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC "Catullo" a firma Bertani nasce nella Valpolicella Classica, dai vigneti terrazzati di Tenuta Novare. Ottenuto con il tradizionalissimo metodo del "ripasso", il vino affina in rovere per 12 mesi, un anno in vasche di cemento e riposa, infine, in bottiglia. Tipico, corposo e dalla suadente trama aromatica, è un Rosso da non perdere.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle carni rosse, grigliate e arrosto, si sposa bene anche con la selvaggina.
