- Innovatieve en sterke speelbaarheid: met de schakelaars MONO/STEREO en BASS/FLAT ondersteunt de A100 vier werkmodi om zich flexibel aan verschillende scenario's aan te passen. De extra AUX-uitgang maakt het eenvoudig om alle subwoofers en luidsprekers te bedienen en alle meerkanaalsystemen (1.0/2.0/2.1/2.2/4.0/5.1...) op te bouwen. De A100 beschikt bovendien over de regelaars Super Bass en SW-FREQ, waarmee je de basversterking en de grensfrequentie vrij kunt instellen om een nog schokkender basservaring te bereiken.
- PFFB-ontwerp en optimale 4-laags PCB-lay-out: Post-Filter Feedback-technologie (PFFB) overwint effectief de gebruikelijke belastingsafhankelijkheidsproblemen van klasse D-versterkers, vermindert vervorming aanzienlijk en verbetert de lineariteit, frequentierespons, klankzuiverheid en systeemefficiëntie. Bovendien wordt een 4-laagse premium gouden printplaat gebruikt, die de signaalstabiliteit verhoogt en de prestaties en storingsbestendigheid verbetert voor een superieure geluidsweergave.
- Aangepaste 48V-voeding en hoogwaardige componenten: de meeste TPA3255-versterkers kunnen geen optimale prestaties leveren vanwege warmteafvoer en voeding. Douk Audio heeft speciaal voor de A100 een zeer efficiënte 48V-voeding ontwikkeld om de prestaties van de TPA3255 te maximaliseren. Bovendien worden Japanse Rubycon-, ELNA- en Duitse WIMA-condensatoren en zeer nauwkeurige potentiometers enz. gebruikt om een uitzonderlijke geluidskwaliteit te bereiken.

A very thorough "How-To"!

At the end of each chapter, the author also provides super useful "Action Items" to get you moving forward, breaking the process down to manageable doable pieces. Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb
Format: Kindle
This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
