Het Forged Katai vleesmes heeft een lang, smal lemmet dat zorgt voor minder weerstand tijdens het snijden van vlees of vis. Hierdoor blijft het product minder plakken aan het lemmet en kun je strakke, gelijkmatige plakken snijden. Dit mes is bovendien uitermate geschikt voor trancheren.

Zoals alle Forged Katai messen is ook dit mes met de hand gesmeed uit Japans VG10 staal met een hardheid van 60 Rockwell. De lemmetdikte van 2 mm en snijhoek van 18 graden zorgen voor optimale scherpte en controle.

Het vleesmes wordt geleverd in een luxe houten kistje en heeft een garantie van 10 jaar. Alle Forged messen zijn met de hand gesmeed, wat elk exemplaar uniek maakt. Een elegant en krachtig mes voor de echte liefhebber van precisie.
