Al palato è intenso e di piacevole ricchezza; i tannini sono avvolgenti e ben definiti e la persistenza è ottima.Il Carignano del Sulcis DOC di Saraja nasce nell'estremità sud-orientale della Sardegna, da vigne di circa 15 anni, allevate su terreni sabbiosi, con presenza di argilla, scisti e basalti; è in questa zona, infatti, che il carignano, molto diffuso in Spagna e nel sud della Francia, ha trovato un habitat perfetto. Lasciato maturare per 9 mesi in acciaio, è un vino deciso e di grande espressività, sorprendentemente setoso al palato. Da provare.
Ottimo in abbinamento a grigliate miste e arrosti, si sposa bene anche con i primi di carne e i salumi.
