Riesling Auslese met slechts 7,8% alcohol. Licht en zacht maar vol energie. Goed vol fruit en een lange afdronk. 

Midden in het eeuwenoude cultuurlandschap van de Midden-Moezel ligt het wijndorp Kinheim-Kindel. De Kelten en Romeinen gebruikten al de ideale klimatologische omstandigheden om wijn in de regio te verbouwen. De bodem van verweerde grijze en blauwe leisteen geeft fijne fruitaroma's en stimulerende mineraliteit aan de wijnen die hier worden geproduceerd. Wijnen uit Kinheim zijn zelden zwaar en alcoholisch, maar hebben een delicate geur en zijn vervat in hun zoute en verkoelende smaak. De Romeinen wisten waarom ze hier hun wijnstokken verzorgden. Sinds 1978 zetten Rita en Rudolf Trossen hun inspanningen voor een natuurlijke wijnbouw voort. Door volledig biodynamisch te werken stimuleren ze een gezonde natuurlijke wijngaard.

 Sinds 2010 leggen Rita en Rudolf zich toe op het maken van natuurwijn. Zo min mogelijk ingrepen: niets erin, niets eruit - geen toevoegingen en geen filtratie. Zonder zwavel als stabilisator ontwikkelt de wijn zich heel anders in geur en smaak en onthult tot nu toe verborgen diepten en finesse. De wijnen liggen net zo lang op de droesem tot alle biologische processen beëindigd zijn.
