The BOV Kompact PlumBack - Shortie is a genuine Turbosmart blow off valve engineered to improve boost response, throttle lift control and reliability in high-performance turbo applications. This product is supplied with the technical notes: Bolt-On Upgrade for Factory Diverter Valve Adjustable Product - Various Springs Available Seperately. Spring Pre-Fitted based on OE Application (Engine Vacuum).

Kompact Valve from Turbsomart was developed to take the Motorsport-Proven 28mm, Postiive Sealing Piston Valve Technology and adapt it to the smaller footprint of the compressor cover mounted bypass valves as found on common Borgwarner EFR and KKK Turbochargers as well as many Ford Ecoboost Engines.

The Kompact Valve is a bolt-on, direct repalcement for the factory and OE plastic diverter valves that use un-enforced diahgrams and are known to crack under increased boost and develop age, heat and cycle related boost leaks ovet time.

The Kompact Valve provides increased boost response and higher boost handling with the long term durability of a billet alluminium body and positive sealing piston along with our boost-balance technology which means the more boost you feed these valves, the better they seal - It literally is that simple.

I hadn’t ordered bananas for about a month due to what I’d received in the past. Personal preference? I want those lovely pale green ends! Please!!! I don’t like the flavor or even the change in scent that happens when bananas turn darker yellow, freckle - or worse? Turn brown. Yuck. Each previous delivery, I hadn’t been able to eat more than 3 out of each bunch because of the already yellowed fruit received. I even tried the currently trendy recommendation of wrapping the individual stem ends in plastic wrap to help slow the ripening process. Was very pleased to receive a bunch of 6 small sized bananas, all delicately green and completely beautiful! Beautiful job by the thoughtful delivery person as well, who didn’t just leave the bags in the rain on the (only 2!) steps, but made sure they were under the protection of the porch and not blocking my door. Some items I never order anymore (beloved snap peas and garnet potatoes are two examples) after receiving spoiled items - more than once. Apparently notifying Amazon of our understandable disappointment, not to mention the waste! can sometimes improve the quality of items delivered. I do very much appreciate the Amazon Fresh delivery service in my (rapidly approaching) old age.
