Il corpo è ampio e avvolgente con tannini dolci ma importanti. Il Toscana Rosso IGT Cum Laude del Castello Banfi è un rosso che racchiude in sé i quattro più importanti vitigni rossi selezionati nei venticinque anni della storia di Castello Banfi: il sangiovese, il cabernet sauvignon, il merlot ed il syrah.
