Creality updated the toolhead circuit boards over time. You must check your specific machine before ordering to ensure the plugs fit. We know it adds a step, but checking now saves you from a frustrating return later!
How to check in 3 easy steps:
- Turn off your printer and remove the plastic front fan cover.
- Look at the small circuit board (Toolhead PCB) where the hotend cables plug in.

Choose your variant:
- 👉 Terminal WITHOUT Buckle: The plugs are completely smooth and slide in without a clip (Typical for older K1 / K1 Max models).
- 👉 Terminal WITH Buckle: The plugs have a small plastic latch/snap that locks them into place (Typical for K1C and newer K1 / K1 Max models).
