Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Redux is your go-to high-stim fat burner in capsule form. It's all about hitting you with quick energy, serious drive, and that extra push for fat loss through a bunch of stimulants working together, not just caffeine alone. This isn't some gentle daily pill—it's a straight-up, fully open-label stim bomb for people who want it to feel intense, way more than your average fat burner.

At the core, you've got 200mg caffeine anhydrous. That's a solid dose for waking you up, sharpening reactions, making workouts feel easier, and kicking up those fat-burning hormones. In real life, it gives most people a clear energy lift, especially fasted. Caffeine also helps break down fat by revving your nervous system, so it's a smart base for any fat burner.

Then it stacks on 125mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, or DMHA as most call it. This one's for that strong brain buzz, better focus, and a tougher drive than caffeine by itself. Not a ton of human studies, so it's not as proven as caffeine, but in stim products, it's loved for how intense it feels. 125mg is right where you notice it big time.

It amps up the adrenaline side with 20mg yohimbine extract, 30mg bitter orange extract, and 25mg higenamine HCl. Yohimbine's the star for actual fat loss—it blocks certain receptors to help pull fat out of storage, especially when you're fasted and insulin's low. That's why it's a favorite for morning sessions. Bitter orange brings synephrine-like stuff for more heat and energy burn, and higenamine adds extra stim synergy through beta receptors, though its regulator

Hi-Tech Redux 60ct by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals contains 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — hits quick for energy, alertness, easier workouts, and that push to train harder. It's the reliable base here, so you're not just betting on weird stims to make it work.
  • 125mg 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl — brings that aggressive brain kick for focus, drive, and workout intensity. This is why Redux feels way punchier than plain caffeine fat burners.
  • 20mg Yohimbine Extract — killer for fasted fat loss since it targets those stubborn spots by blocking alpha-2 receptors when insulin's down. It's what makes this feel hot, urgent, and ready to burn.
  • 30mg Bitter Orange Extract — helps with heat and energy burn via synephrine-like compounds. In a stack like this, it pushes the fat-burning vibe beyond just stims.
  • 25mg Higenamine HCl — another adrenaline booster to ramp up the intense feel. It adds to the overall stim punch that puts Redux in advanced territory.
  • 50mg Eria Jarensis Extract — pops up in high-stim blends for better mood and motivation. Not a ton of studies, but it's here for how it makes you feel, not just label hype.
  • 125mg Senegalia Berlandieri Extract — a plant-based stim that widens the energy and mood effects in old-school thermogenics. It backs up the aggressive vibe without being filler.
  • 25mg Naringen — a citrus compound that tweaks how the stims get processed. Bottom line, it helps the whole stack hit stronger and stick around longer.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned cutters training hard on low calories. 200mg caffeine, 125mg DMHA, and 20mg yohimbine extract keep energy and aggression up as fat drops and food's limited.
  • Fasted morning cardio crew wanting more than caffeine. Yohimbine's receptor blocking shines with low insulin, and the stim stack makes sessions sharper and hotter.
  • Physique folks in prep needing hunger and output help. It's not for pumps or recovery—it's stim-driven for heat, drive, and sticking to the diet.
  • High-stim vets who like capsules over powder. If you know your limits and want easy, portable punch, this delivers.
  • Busy types hitting the gym early needing quick onset. One cap brings strong stim vibes fast, no time wasted on drinks.
  • People bored with plain caffeine burners. Mixing caffeine, DMHA, Eria Jarensis, Senegalia berlandieri, bitter orange, higenamine, and yohimbine layers it up big time.

How to Use

Start with 1 capsule a day to test it out, like first thing or 20-30 minutes pre-workout. Timing counts because caffeine, yohimbine, and the other stims pop more before activity, not after eating heavy. Empty stomach gives the strongest kick, great for cardio or hunger control, but if it's too much, try with a light snack.

Wash it down with water. No mixing needed, but drink up—stims can hide thirst while you train harder. Skip stacking with high-stim pres, extra yohimbine, or energy drinks till you know your response. If you're a caffeine fiend, cut back elsewhere on Redux days.

Pros might dose early only, but skip afternoons to avoid messing with sleep from the stims and citrus effects. Cycle it: 4-8 weeks on during cuts, then off for tolerance. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed tight.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: capsules are easy—no mixing or taste issues. Empty stomach? You'll feel alertness building, shifting from tired to on. Minutes 10-30: caffeine ramps up, then the full stack brings sharper stims; expect warmth, motivation, and less hunger.

Minutes 30-90: peak time for workout drive, cardio push, and heat. Yohimbine and DMHA can make it intense, not mellow. Hours 2-5: energy hangs on, thanks to citrus boosters extending it past plain caffeine. Days 1-7: check your tolerance. Weeks 2-4: see if it still delivers during your cut or if you need a break from the stim load.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Hi-Tech Redux?

Each capsule provides 200mg caffeine anhydrous. That is already a meaningful stimulant dose on its own, but Redux feels stronger than a standard 200mg caffeine capsule because it also includes 125mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, 20mg yohimbine extract, bitter orange, higenamine, and other stimulant-support ingredients.

Is Redux a beginner-friendly fat burner?

No. Redux is best classified as an advanced-user thermogenic because the formula stacks caffeine with DMHA, yohimbine extract, higenamine, and bitter orange. If you are new to stimulants or only occasionally use caffeine, start elsewhere.

When should I take Redux for the strongest effect?

Most users get the strongest effect taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach in the morning or 20-30 minutes before training. That timing is especially relevant because yohimbine-based products are commonly used during fasted cardio or low-insulin conditions.

Can I stack Redux with pre-workout?

In most cases, that is not a smart starting point. Redux already contains 200mg caffeine plus multiple additional stimulants, so combining it with a pre-workout can push total adrenergic load much higher than expected from caffeine alone.

What does yohimbine do in Redux?

Yohimbine is included at 20mg as bark extract and is one of the most fat-loss-specific ingredients in the formula. It works by antagonizing alpha-2 adrenergic receptors, which can support fat mobilization, especially when insulin is low.

Why are naringen and 6,7-dihydroxybergamottin in this formula?

These citrus-derived compounds are likely included to influence metabolic enzyme activity and modify how the stimulant stack is processed. In practical terms, they may make the overall experience feel stronger or longer-lasting than the caffeine number suggests.

Will Redux suppress appetite?

For many users, yes. The combination of caffeine, yohimbine, DMHA, and the broader adrenergic profile commonly reduces hunger perception and increases the sense of activation, which can make dieting easier to adhere to.

Should I cycle Redux?

Yes. Because Redux is a high-stim formula with multiple adrenergic ingredients, cycling is sensible to manage tolerance and maintain responsiveness. Many users reserve products like this for focused cutting blocks rather than year-round daily use.

Is Redux suitable for tested athletes?

No, that would be a poor fit. Ingredients such as higenamine and DMHA-related compounds create anti-doping and compliance concerns, so tested athletes should choose a different product.

Does Redux use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the biggest positives of this product is full label disclosure. Every active ingredient and dose is listed, which is especially valuable in the high-stim fat-burner category.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
