The WE30B series downflow electric mobile home furnace is the perfect choice for new and replacement installations. The compact cabinet measures 33 in. H x 19.8 in. W x 23.4 in. D, simplifying installation when replacing other brands mobile home furnaces that are no longer serviceable. This unit features a maintenance-free adjustable speed ECM constant torque blower which will support 2 to 3.5 ton A/C and heat pump applications, a built-in evaporator coil shelf, a fully insulated cabinet door for quiet operation, and heavy gauge coiled wire heating elements. The access door panel color is appliance white.

  • Multi-speed high efficiency ECM blower motor is permanently lubricated for maintenance-free operation, and enhances A/C and heat pump cooling SEER ratings

  • Designed for mobile home use and may be matched with both A/C and heat pump equipment

  • Standard 5-year limited part warranty

  • 12 kW heat kit with 60 amp double pole circuit breaker must be field installed

  • Equipment should be sized, selected, and installed by a qualified professional to ensure proper installation, safe operation, adherence to federal, state, and local codes, and for valid warranty

  • Add the optional return air filter box, model WRAF-01 for future installation of the air conditioning system, and/or contained air filtering
