The Sissel Soft Touch Tri-Sectional Hot and Cold Pack was designed to provide some alleviation from aching muscles. With the option of both warmth and cold application, you can choose which you'd prefer depending on the nature of your tension.
The tri-sectional design means it fits perfectly around the neck and shoulder area, and it will remain soft at all times for ultimate comfort.
How Does the Soft Touch Hot and Cold Pack Work?
To use warm:
Heat in the microwave for max. 30 seconds
Knead pad to distribute heat
If it's not hot enough, place in microwave again for max. 10 seconds
Repeat above if not hot enough
To use cold:
Initially cool in freezer for max. 2 hours
Store in refrigerator at 0 to 2°C
Return to refrigerator to cool after use
