Rosso carico e brillante alla vista, al naso propone piacevoli sensazioni di frutta rossa e spezie dolci, seguite da un sorso fine e fruttato, caratterizzato da tannini docili e lungo finale speziato.

Yannick Alléno & Michel Chapoutier firmano un rosso francese di grande eleganza e finezza gustativa, ideale per gli abbinamenti con il cibo. Si tratta infatti di un Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge fresco e fruttato, ottenuto da uve grenache in purezza, coltivate su terreni sabbiosi e ciottolosi, ricchi in ferro della denominazione. Dopo la raccolta manuale le uve vinificano in vasche di cemento, dove successivamente affinano per 12 mesi. La raccolta delle uve avviene di notte, con mezzi meccanici per abbreviare i tempi e garantire la massima qualità delle uve e ridurre il rischio di ossidazione.

Ottimo con secondi piatti a base di carni bianche e con il pollame in salsa.
