The selections of Lis Neris are made with grapes grown in historical vineyards, the most important, vinified separately according to the variety and origin. Gris, made exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, is a white wine, vinified and left to age for almost a year in French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 litres, known as tonneaux, in order to increase its aromatic breadth without changing the characteristics of origin. The result is a wine with a unique finesse and texture, capable of surprising even many years after the harvest.

Ideal with all courses of a meal, it pairs well with rich fish dishes. Salads, fish tartare, fried fish and also risottos and stuffed pasta.
