“Ми всі заявляємо про свободу, але, використовуючи одне і те ж слово, ми не всі маємо на увазі одне і те ж”, — за рік до завершення Громадянської війни в США, на церемонії відкриття Балтиморського санітарного ярмарку, Авраам Лінкольн виголосив промову про свободу. 

Можливо, розуміючи, що соціальна хвороба рабства може і надалі заражати Американську республіку, Лінкольн вдався до алегорії, щоби проілюструвати свою думку: “Пастух відганяє вовка від горла вівці, за що вівця дякує пастуху як своєму визволителю, в той час як вовк за той самий вчинок засуджує його як руйнівника свободи… Очевидно, що вівця і вовк не дійшли згоди у визначенні слова “свобода”.

На жаль, повномасштабне вторгнення Росії в Україну (і реакція Організації Об?єднаних Націй на цю неприховану агресію) продемонструвало, що світова спільнота відмовляється категорично відкидати “вовчу свободу” як принцип світобудови. Ми і досі чуємо, як впливові голоси вимагають від України погодитися грати за завчасно програшними правилами, намагаючись урівняти те, що за означенням не здатне важити однаково: права кривдника та права жертви, нападника з рушницею та беззбройного цивільного, китобійного судна та беззахисного проти його вбивчого оснащення (хоч і найбільшого в світі) морського ссавця…  

Попри це, українці щодня обирають боротьбу, і за 11 років, відколи росіяни вперше вторглися на нашу землю, ми виявилися здатними показати світові, як слід реагувати на вовче поняття свободи. У другому випуску “The Black Sea Whale” ми викриваємо фальшивий маскарад, в якому вовки намагаються зійти за ягнят, руйнуємо замки з піску, побудовані на хибній вірі в компроміс зі злом, і вчимося відверто називати речі своїми іменами.

At 4 oz, the size is solid and a good value, and because it spreads easily and absorbs quickly, you don’t need to use much, so it lasts longer than you’d expect. I’ve been using it mostly after showering or before going out, and it fits easily into a daily routine without feeling like an extra step. It works especially well for maintaining older tattoos or larger areas like sleeves where keeping skin moisturized really makes a visible difference. It’s definitely meant for healed tattoos, not fresh ones, but for ongoing maintenance it does exactly what you want, keeps everything looking clean, smooth, and well cared for without any greasy residue or transfer onto clothes. Overall, it feels like a good value for what you’re getting, especially if you want something simple, effective, with high quality ingredients, and easy to use consistently.
