Each serving combines 10 grams of whey and casein protein to support muscle building and prevent muscle breakdown. Then it uses organic glucose to replenish glycogen stores and sodium, the most essential electrolyte, to rehydrate. How We Use It
Mix 2.5 scoops with 8 oz. of water or your favorite dairy alternative for a grab and go post workout recovery drink. We use this product within 30-60 minutes of a hard workout to replenish all those important nutrients lost and start the recovery process immediately.
