The leather on this set is a supple black color and they are all labeled underneath. Mario Bellini, the designer, was a renowned Italian architect and designer who won the Golden Compass Award for design 8 times. They are in very nice vintage condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
