Are you looking to have your reel spooled? You can have us do it and be reassured that it will be done right. Purchase the line you want on the reel here and let us know how you want it done in the notes upon checkout. Easy as that!

Brilliantly engineered to dominate in any and all blue water environments, the Daiwa Saltiga LD Lever Drag Conventional Reels are the most comprehensive series of lever drag reels to ever hit the market. Smooth, powerful, and ultimately dependable, the Saltiga LD achieves performance marks that are nothing short of miraculous. Featuring six single-speed models, ten two-speed models, and two special-purpose tournament style sailfish reels, there's a reel to fit the needs of saltwater anglers in any fishery. The Saltiga LD is built around a single-piece machined aluminum frame and side plate to assure precise alignment of bearings and gears for astoundingly smooth performance, less flex, more power, and reduced binding even during the fiercest battles. Also machined from solid aluminum is the spool, which will never bend or deform under heavy drag pressures and resists outward expansion so you can tightly wind both braid and monofilament lines with the confidence. Smoothness is preserved over time with the incorporation of all Corrosion Resistant Ball-Bearings (CRBB). At the reel's core is a set of oversized, extremely durable stainless steel gears perfectly meshed together to execute extreme power transfer with silent precision. Anglers can expect powerful, smooth drags thanks to Daiwa's acclaimed Advanced Tournament Drag (ATD) system with proprietary grease that helps keep the reel cool during those long drawn out runs by massive game fish.

All single-speed and smaller two-speed models, along with the high-speed tournament sailfish reels, boast soft-touch rubber handles for fast, comfortable retrieves. The larger size 50, 55 and 60 2-speed models feature a long ''T'' style offset aluminum power handle to improve leverage and comfort without blistering your hand when the fight is on. Built with jigging in mind, the SAGDL35JH features a narrower spool and more compact frame, making it lighter weight and more comfortable for use during long jigging sessions. All models feature a substantial spool clicker that is loud enough to be heard as a strike indicator, but is not overbearing. Max drag ranges from 22 to 45 pounds for most models while line retrieve per handle turn runs from 39.9in to 47in. The tournament style sailfish models (SAGLD50HS and SAGLD60H) have a more finely adjustable drag curve and a max drag setting of 22 pounds, making them ideal for use with circle hooks and lighter monofilament lines. These are high speed models with retrieval speeds of up to 56in per handle turn.

Daiwa Technology Found in Saltiga LD Conventional Reels:

  • Aluminum Body - Lightweight and incredibly strong, aluminium allows strength and weightlessness to be achieved without the cost and corrosion issues of other metals.
  • DigiGear - The all-new DigiGear is precision machine cut and polished. This results in unmatched efficiency, better transfer of energy, and maximum smoothness.
  • Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings - Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings boast a lifespan up to 12 times longer than traditional stainless steel bearings.
  • ATD Drag - The Advanced Tournament Drag system uses a new proprietary grease that enables the reel to apply smooth and consistent start up drag pressure from the first pull, eliminating the stop and go pulling of drag that can result in broken lines and lost fish.

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.
