The small Papaya tree grows abundantly in tropical regions of the world. The leaves make a mild-tasting, after dinner infusion that gently relieves gas, bloating, and upset stomach.

Ingredients: papaw leaves 

Common use:

Supports healthy digestion; alleviates gas, nausea, bloating, sour stomach.

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE IF PREGNANT.
