This idler arm uses a powdered metal gusher bearing design that enables grease to flow through the bearing to the stud for reduced friction and enhanced strength and stability. MOOG idler arms also use a double tapered bearing design that decreases deflection and helps preserve proper toe setting. Also, a larger bearing surface area that distributes the load more evenly.
