The Mioroshi Deba is a versatile Japanese knife positioned between a traditional Deba and Yanagiba. It combines the strength needed for fish butchery with the thinner profile required for slicing, making it widely used by professional fishmongers who require both functions in a single knife.
It is a right-handed single-bevel knife intended for professional use. The handle is made from Magnolia wood with a Buffalo horn bolster, offering durability and a traditional Japanese balance.
