You can use the energy to keep you and your loved ones safe, banish anything harmful from your life, and free yourself. You can simply meditate with her, calling her name and bask in her energy. You can use it to enhance rituals, and charge your tools with her energy. You could use it to charge sigils and candles too.

This is a permanent change to your energy system, and you will have a few physical side effects that will fade over a few days.
