Directions for Use
- Choose the larger or smaller cleaning edge based on your tongue and mouth size.
- Stick out your tongue as far as possible.
- Start cleaning from the left side of the tongue, positioning the scraper downward. Gently scrape from the back to the tip multiple times.
- Repeat the process on the right side of the tongue.
- Flip the scraper upward and clean the center of the tongue by scraping from back to front multiple times.
