Gut barrier help, prebiotic fiber, and a totally open-label gut formula

Revive MD GI+ is a gut-support powder that focuses on protecting your gut lining, feeding good bacteria, making digestion tougher to mess with, and handling oxidative stress that can make your gut cranky. It's not all about probiotics, and it doesn't claim to fix everything. Instead, it layers in stuff for the gut's physical barrier and the vibes around it, like mucosal helpers, soluble fibers, phospholipids, plant extracts, and antioxidants.

The star here is N-Acetyl-Glucosamine at 1,000mg, right in the solid 1,000–1,500mg range for gut work. NAG is an amino sugar that helps build mucin, the slimy protective layer in your stomach and intestines. That's key because that barrier is where tough digestion begins. The science on NAG is building, more solid in theory than huge human studies, but it's a smart pick when you're aiming for gut lining help over vague digestion claims.

Apple pectin at 1,000mg brings in real soluble fiber. That means a fiber that gels up, helping with stool consistency, regular bowel movements, and a better spot for fermentation in your colon. It eases things along in a way that irritated guts often handle better than rough fibers. Arabinogalactan from larch at 750mg boosts the prebiotic angle. Studies on it are hit or miss, stronger on how it works than big results, and doses in research often go higher, so this is helpful but under the usual 1.5–4.5g range. Still, it adds to the overall plan for supporting your gut bugs.

The phospholipid part is cool: 500mg soy lecithin plus 500mg sunflower lecithin. Lecithin supplies phosphatidylchol

Revive GI+ by Revive contains 150mg Vitamin C, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg N-Acetyl-Glucosamine — this is the main player, hitting that solid 1,000–1,500mg range for gut support. NAG gives your body building blocks for mucin, helping keep the protective layer in your stomach and intestines strong.
  • 1,000mg Apple Pectin — a good chunk of soluble fiber that gels up to help with regular digestion and a better gut environment for fermentation. It's the type that makes things feel smoother, not rougher.
  • 750mg Larch Arabinogalactan — a prebiotic that feeds good gut bacteria and goes beyond basic fiber. The dose is decent, but it's below the stronger 1.5–4.5g from studies, so think of it as a solid helper, not the full deal.
  • 1,000mg total lecithins — 500mg soy plus 500mg sunflower lecithin for a real phospholipid boost. These are key parts of cell membranes and your gut lining, making them a smart add for barrier support.
  • 400mg Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice — DGL is a go-to for easing stomach and upper gut discomfort. This version skips the glycyrrhizin that can mess with blood pressure in regular licorice.
  • 250mg Green Tea Extract standardized to 50% EGCG — that's 125mg EGCG, a catechin with good research on antioxidants and keeping inflammation in check. It adds a polyphenol boost for a calmer gut, not just fiber and movement.
  • 150mg Vitamin C — a straightforward add for antioxidant protection and tissue help. In a formula about gut strength, cutting oxidative stress is a smart move.
  • 3.75mg Astaxanthin — a carotenoid antioxidant that guards cells from oxidative stress. The dose is under the usual 6–20mg from studies, but it still beefs up the antioxidant side.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders bulking with frequent big meals where gut limits things. 1g N-Acetyl-Glucosamine, 1g apple pectin, and dual lecithins fit better for lining and meal handling than plain probiotics.
  • Strength folks who train hard but get wrecked by their eats in high-volume times. GI+ is for when bloating, wonky digestion, and gut irritation come from constant fueling, not lack of grind.
  • Everyday wellness peeps who feel okay lifting but deal with daily gut discomfort, irregularity, or stomach sensitivity post-meals. 400mg DGL and soluble fibers like pectin beat basic enzymes for targeted help.
  • Folks bouncing back from junk eating, eating out a lot, booze, or trips, aiming to get digestion normal. Prebiotic fibers from pectin and arabinogalactan, plus antioxidants like green tea and vitamin C, make it a solid reset tool.
  • Athletes on tons of supps and high protein wanting gut support that doesn't clash with pre-workouts or shakes. GI+ hits mucosal and bug environment without touching energy.
  • People who dig fully open labels and want to check doses themselves, not buy into 'gut matrix' hype. This shows exactly what's in it, including strong points and where doses are more backup.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in 8–12 oz cold water once a day. Shaker bottle is best since apple pectin and lecithins mix better with shaking than stirring. Most do good between meals or with light food; if your gut's super sensitive, pair with eats to start. Soluble fiber means drink plenty of water for comfort.

If green tea or strong botanicals bug you, try half a scoop for 3–4 days to check it out, then go full. Don't take it right with all your meds or supps without timing thought, as fiber can tweak how some absorb. Pairs nice with probiotics, enzymes, fish oil, and high-protein plans. No cycling needed; it's for daily buildup. Store sealed in a cool, dry spot, keep moisture out to maintain mix.

What to Expect

First 1–3 days are low-key. No big 'whoa' moment; instead, you might notice a calmer stomach, less meal heaviness, and easier digestion. By the end of week one, apple pectin and arabinogalactan can start improving regularity and how you handle food, especially if your fiber was spotty before.

Weeks 2–4 is where it shines. Steady N-Acetyl-Glucosamine, lecithins, and DGL build a tougher lining, prebiotic fibers improve the gut setup, and antioxidants like green tea, vitamin C, and astaxanthin keep things protected. If it's your jam, this is when digestion gets predictable, less fussy, and easier to deal with.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Revive MD GI+ designed to do?

GI+ is designed to support digestive comfort, gut lining integrity, regularity, and the overall gut environment. Its formula centers on 1,000mg N-Acetyl-Glucosamine for mucosal support, 1,000mg apple pectin plus 750mg arabinogalactan for prebiotic fiber support, and 1,000mg total lecithins for added phospholipid coverage.

Is the N-Acetyl-Glucosamine dose in GI+ actually meaningful?

Yes. GI+ provides 1,000mg N-Acetyl-Glucosamine, which sits at the low end of the 1,000–1,500mg clinical range referenced in the ingredient KB for GI-focused use. That makes it one of the more serious inclusions in the formula rather than a token dose.

Does GI+ contain probiotics?

No, this formula is not built around probiotics. Instead, it uses prebiotic fibers like apple pectin and larch arabinogalactan to help support the environment that beneficial bacteria feed on, alongside ingredients that target the gut lining itself.

How should I take GI+ for best results?

Take 1 scoop daily mixed in 8–12 ounces of water. Most users do best taking it between meals or with a light meal, and consistency matters more than exact timing because this formula works through cumulative daily support rather than immediate acute effects.

Will GI+ give me energy or feel stimulating?

Not in the way a pre-workout does. It contains green tea extract standardized to 50% EGCG, so it is classified as low-stim, but the practical effect for most users is digestive support rather than a noticeable energy boost.

Is GI+ good for bloating and post-meal heaviness?

That is one of the most logical use cases for this formula. Apple pectin supports smoother digestion and regularity, DGL can help with upper-GI comfort, and the NAG plus lecithin combination is aimed at supporting the gut barrier that often feels compromised when digestion is chronically irritated.

Are there any allergens in GI+?

Yes. GI+ contains soy lecithin, so anyone with a soy allergy should avoid it. It also contains sunflower lecithin and plant extracts, so users with highly reactive systems should review the full panel before use.

Is arabinogalactan in GI+ dosed at clinical levels?

It is supportive, but not fully clinical by the KB standard. GI+ provides 750mg larch arabinogalactan, while the ingredient KB notes a broader 1.5–4.5g clinical range, so it contributes useful prebiotic support without being the sole driver of the formula.

Can I stack GI+ with digestive enzymes or a probiotic?

Yes, and that is a smart stack. GI+ focuses on barrier support and prebiotic fiber, while enzymes help break down food acutely and probiotics introduce beneficial strains directly, making the combination more comprehensive than any one category alone.

How long does GI+ take to work?

Some users notice less heaviness and a calmer stomach within the first few days, but the more meaningful benefits are cumulative. Give it 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use to judge changes in regularity, meal tolerance, and overall digestive resilience.

Great value and great monitor
Size: 27"/QHD/200Hz
As a note to new buyers: a chemical-like odor may be emitted from your monitor's exhaust for the first 2-3 weeks--at least mine did. I did some research and this was likely attributed to some cleaning chemicals from the factory, and it is burning off from the heat of the monitor. Simply have good ventilation in your room, and the odor should dissipate in 2-3 weeks. I've had this monitor for over a year now, and there is no odor anymore. Now, for the actual review: This monitor is great quality for the price! Not perfect, as I've found this monitor doesn't display smooth gradients of dark very well. For example, when I'm in a dark room in a video game, the dark ambient colors show slightly pixelated rather than smoothly blended. Other than that, this monitor works like a charm! Colors are great, and monitor settings are easily adjustable. One complaint I have is that I can't change the monitor's brightness using the Windows OS' brightness settings--you have to change the brightness/contrast using the monitor's buttons.

A great value for a state of the art monitor.
I use two of these at my home work station. I am not a gamer, I use these mainly for working on multiple spread sheets and financial programs. The high pixel count of these 8k video displays makes it easy to read the screens. I have Windows 11 on my computer, so installation of the 3 monitors was easy. I have my computer monitor set at 150% and these two monitors set at 125% magnification. All three are at eye level. They came with display port cables which my computer and hubs do not have, so I in a 8K HDMI cable for each. I do play a few videos, and those look great. The curved screen helps in keeping all the monitor sort of equidistant from my eyes which helps everything on the 3 screens stay in focus for my 80 year old eyes. I have reflections on my computer screen, but both of these Koorui monitors are reflection free. I first went to Costco to pick up a monitor and this allowed me to zero in that I wanted the 8k and curved screen in a 24 or 27 inch monitor. They did not have that combination. I tried just one of the Koorui monitors along with my older monitor. The Koorui was so far superior that I quickly purchased the second one and tossed out my outdated one. I use these for hours each day, and at this low price I feel I can easily justify this investment. I feel secure these monitors will be with me for a long time.

This sucks.
Well i picked this up on sale for black friday and finally got around to installing my new video card, psu, extra ssd, and finally hooking up this new monitor. The new video card doesn't have a spot for the cable from my old 1080p monitor, so this is the only monitor i can use. It's christmas eve btw. Anyways the monitor fires up fine and looks great for about 6 hours of use. Then as i'm getting ready to boot up elden ring a big vertical magenta line of pixels appears on the right half of the screen, as well as a grey horizontal line of pixels. I didn't do anything before this happened, the monitor was sitting completely still on my desk. One second it worked the next i've got this line. I tested another cable, and while unplugging the displayport cable from the monitor the pink line stayed there as it was registering "no input." So it's definitely the monitor that's broken and not something wrong with my video card or software. I tried contacting technical support early in the morning and still haven't received anything at 5 pm. I realize it's christmas eve but I'm now stuck without a functioning monitor for probably my entire time off for christmas, and will have to pay return shipping, which soaks up all the money i saved getting it on sale. Over all i'm very unhappy with this purchase. edit: Koorui, the manufacturer, never got back to me about the broken monitor they sent me, so i contacted amazon and told them my situation. they told me they couldn't send a replacement because it wasn't available, even though you can order the exact monitor off amazon through prime right now. this order was a critical failure in service with both koorui and amazon. they can't seem to lift a finger for someone who paid them money for a product they sell. they want me to ship the monitor back, receive my money back, then purchase the same monitor for a higher price from them. I'm changing my review to 1 star and i would give 0 stars if i could. unbelievable. edit: ok i shipped the monitor back. they sent me a replacement monitor and this monitor also does not work. it doesn't turn on. i plugged it into both a surge protector and a power strip, then switched the cable and it doesn't turn on. i would be extremely wary of this company and their products. edit 2: by far my worst purchasing experience on amazon. with the second broken monitor they shipped me the support guy actually asked if i would take it to a tv repair shop. i told him we don't have that in the united states and returned the item for a full refund. they got to keep my $150 for about 3 months though. these people should not be allowed to sell on amazon.
