Curva Minore is steel-fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks, aged in old oak, then bottled unfined and lightly filtered with a minimal amount of SO2.
It is a Medium-bodied and dry. An elegant Sicilian wine combining aromas of cherries, blackberry and a delightful finish.
Pair it with dry salty cheeses, salumi, grilled sausage, pasta dishes, and grilled meats.
