Crafted from Corvina and Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, the wine opens with layered aromas of plum, dried fig, rhubarb, mocha, white peach, white pepper, soft florals, and a subtle touch of leather. Full-bodied yet refined, it finishes long and polished with beautifully integrated oak. Best enjoyed slowly in a large wine glass alongside aged cheeses, braised meats, or as a contemplative pour on its own.
