Their Gaglioppo fruit, sourced from vineyards near the Ionian Sea, undergoes the saignee method, resulting in a darker rosato with a distinctive brickish hue. Salty and with a pronounced tannic structure, it authentically captures the essence of Mediterranean rosé.
