This gilet or bodywarmer is a hooded sleeveless jacket with three layers. Each layer is made of polyester but the polyester is manufactured differently for each layer. The outer layer is a treated polyester layer which is meant to protect you from the elements. The middle layer is polyester wadding to keep you warm. The wadding has a fabric weight of 550gsm and is ideal for very cold weather. The last layer is microfleece and polyester but the surface fiber has been cut to create a luxury pile texture. The loose fibers hold in air keeping the inside of the Result Core Nova Lux Padded Gilet nice and warm. The gilet has zipped side pockets and an inside chest pocket.
