This little framed butterfly and flower artwork makes a really special gift perfect for a birthday, Mother's Day or Anniversary.

The images in the piece are hand drawn in pen and ink and both the flower and the butterfly can be tinted with a watercolour wash. The butterfly can be in tones of pink, grey, blue or yellow and the flower can be left as an black ink line drawing or it can be tinted in pink, grey or yellow.

The butterfly is stitched onto layers of vintage poetry pages and attached to the flower to give it a fluttery look as if it has just landed on the flower.

There is an option to have a line of text underneath the flower in order to add a personalised touch to your gift. The text is added using our lovely vintage Brother typewriter. Please get in touch if there is not enough space for your message and I can add two lines of text.

The piece is framed in an acrylic box frame measuring 12.5 cm square and 3.5 cm deep and it is sent to you in a recycled card box.
