Branded test support that's fully transparent with real hormone help

Psycho Pharma Thunder Struck is a straight-up male hormone support formula. Everything's listed out clear. It focuses on boosting natural testosterone, improving how much free testosterone you have versus bound, and managing stress and estrogen better. This isn't some weak men's vitality pill with tiny herb doses. It's built on branded ingredients with solid amounts, plus minerals and support that actually help in real life.

The main player is TestoSurge™ double fermented fenugreek extract at 500mg, standardized to 80% Grecunin. That's a dose that matches what studies use for high-quality fenugreek. It works by potentially cutting down how much testosterone turns into estrogen or DHT through enzymes like aromatase and 5-alpha-reductase. It also helps keep more testosterone free by affecting SHBG, which binds it up. Guys notice better libido, more drive in the gym, and just feeling more 'on' after a while.

SA3X™ Spilanthes acmella at 400mg is a cool addition. The science is still building, but it's promising. Alkylamides like spilanthol seem to support the HPG axis, which influences LH and FSH – hormones that kick off testosterone production. SA3X™ also helps with nitric oxide and blood flow, so it's in formulas for male performance and sexual health. At 400mg, it's a good dose – close to the 500mg some talk about for max effect, but still strong even if a bit under.

KSM-66® Ashwagandha at 300mg is a solid amount and fits perfect here. KSM-66 is the top branded ashwagandha in sports supps, with tons of studies behind it. It mainly helps with the HPA axis – that's your stress response system – by reducing stress

Psycho Thunder Struck by Psycho Pharma contains 125mcg Vitamin D3, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg TestoSurge™ Fenugreek Extract – this is a solid dose for high-standard fenugreek with 80% Grecunin. It's not just filler herbs. It helps with free testosterone, libido, and hormones that support better body comp.
  • 400mg SA3X™ Spilanthes Acmella Extract – a focused ingredient for male vitality, standardized for alkylamides like spilanthol. It supports HPG-axis signaling and nitric oxide for blood flow. That's why guys use it for drive and sexual performance.
  • 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha – a good dose of the best-known branded ashwagandha in sports nutrition. It's here to cut down on stress that messes with recovery, motivation, and test levels.
  • 125mcg Vitamin D3 – that's 5,000 IU, a real dose not just a tiny bit. Vitamin D helps with hormone health, immune stuff, and staying tough, especially if you're training inside and not getting much sun.
  • 20mg Zinc Citrate – a strong dose in the range that works for men's health. Zinc is key for androgen hormones, immune function, and fixing cells. Skipping it is a quick way to weaken a formula.
  • 10mg Boron Glycinate – a full practical dose for this often-missed mineral. It pairs great with vitamin D and magnesium. Guys add it for better hormone balance and less inflammation.
  • 100mg DIM – right in the sweet spot for helping estrogen metabolism. It's not about killing estrogen. It's about guiding how your body handles it, which is a smarter move.
  • 75mg Acacetin – a high-end dose for this flavonoid in supps. Studies on people are limited, but it targets aromatase support in natural formulas.

Psycho Thunder Struck by Psycho Pharma contains 125mcg Vitamin D3, a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys doing high-volume hypertrophy who see recovery, drive, or libido drop with more training stress. KSM-66® ashwagandha, TestoSurge™ fenugreek, and zinc-vitamin D3 base make it smart for lifters wanting hormone help that covers stress and androgen balance.
  • Natural bodybuilders cutting calories who want to hold onto gym performance, mood, and sexual vitality as fat drops. Deficits ramp up stress and dull drive – where KSM-66®, longjack, shilajit, and boron shine.
  • Men over 30 training hard but not bouncing back like in their 20s. This is for that spot: not TRT, not junk test boosters, but clear stack with branded fenugreek, spilanthes, and ashwagandha.
  • Lifters wanting capsule hormone support over flavored powders with junk. Four caps give multi-angle test support, stress control, and estrogen handling without extra shaker hassle.
  • Guys prioritizing libido and confidence as much as gains. SA3X™ spilanthes, longjack, stinging nettle, and TestoSurge™ fit better than tribulus junk, hitting signals, free test, and blood flow.
  • Athletes with training and diet locked who want a supp to boost it. Thunder Struck works best for folks who know herbs and minerals amp a solid base – not sub for sleep, protein, or progressive lifts.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules as your daily serving. Best with a meal early or same time each day – consistency counts for build-up formulas like this. If your stomach's touchy, definitely with food; magnesium oxide and DIM go down easier that way. New to hormone supps? Start with 2 capsules for 3-4 days to check, then full 4. Stim-free, so stacks with pre-workout, coffee, creatine, or protein no issue on caffeine. Skip stacking with other test boosters, aromatase stuff, or high DIM unless you know your response. Use daily; no need to cycle like stims, but many run 8-12 weeks then check. Store cool and dry to keep herbs and capsules good.

What to Expect

Day 1 is chill compared to stim products. No caffeine rush, no tingles, no big hit. If you feel something early, it's usually a light boost in readiness or confidence and libido from the vitality herbs. First 7 days, focus on sticking with it while KSM-66®, vitamin D3, boron, and hormone herbs set up. By week 2, lots of guys notice better stress handling, libido, gym mindset, and male vitality – not just one lift number. Weeks 2-4 show the design: ashwagandha's stress help, fenugreek, nettle, and boron's free-test support, DIM and acacetin's estrogen work create a steady feel. It's build-up, not instant. Judge over weeks of daily use, not one dose.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Psycho Pharma Thunder Struck?

Thunder Struck is a fully disclosed male hormone support formula in capsule form. It combines TestoSurge™ fenugreek at 500mg, SA3X™ spilanthes at 400mg, KSM-66® ashwagandha at 300mg, longjack, shilajit, DIM, acacetin, boron, zinc, vitamin D3, and supportive minerals to target testosterone support, stress management, libido, and overall male vitality.

Is Thunder Struck a stimulant product?

No. Despite metadata conflicts in source material, the verified formula contains no caffeine or classic stimulant compounds, so this functions as a stim-free daily hormone support product rather than a pre-workout.

How long does Thunder Struck take to work?

This is a cumulative formula, not a same-day performance hit. Some users notice subtle changes in drive or libido within the first several days, but the more meaningful effects are typically judged after 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use, especially from KSM-66®, vitamin D3, boron, DIM, and fenugreek.

Is 500mg of TestoSurge™ fenugreek a strong dose?

Yes. 500mg aligns with the clinical-use range commonly associated with standardized fenugreek extracts intended for testosterone and libido support. The fact that this is a trademarked, highly standardized TestoSurge™ extract also matters more than simply seeing the word fenugreek on a label.

Why does this formula include both DIM and acacetin?

They address different sides of estrogen-related balance. DIM at 100mg is commonly used to support healthier estrogen metabolism through cytochrome P450-mediated pathways, while acacetin at 75mg is included more for aromatase-related support, helping reduce conversion of androgens into estrogen.

Is the magnesium in Thunder Struck ideal?

It contributes, but it is not the strongest part of the formula. Magnesium oxide at 160mg adds support for energy metabolism and mineral status, but oxide is not as well absorbed as premium forms like glycinate or citrate and the dose is below the full daily repletion range.

Can I stack Thunder Struck with creatine or pre-workout?

Yes. Because Thunder Struck is stim-free, it stacks cleanly with creatine, intra-workouts, protein, and most pre-workouts. The main caution is avoiding redundant stacking with multiple testosterone boosters, extra high-dose DIM products, or other aromatase-targeted formulas unless you have a clear reason.

Should I take Thunder Struck with food?

For most users, yes. Taking it with food often improves tolerance for magnesium oxide and DIM, and it also makes sense because vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble nutrient that is generally best absorbed alongside dietary fat.

Is Thunder Struck beginner friendly?

It is more beginner-friendly than a high-stim pre-workout because there is no caffeine or harsh stimulant blend. The bigger question is whether the user actually needs a hormone-support formula; adults who train seriously and understand what they are targeting will get the most value.

How transparent is the label?

Very transparent for this category. There is no proprietary blend, and all major actives are listed with exact doses, which is a major advantage in a space where many testosterone-support products hide weak dosing behind vague male matrix branding.

Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!
Format: Kindle
The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️

great book
Format: Kindle
I am really excited to meet the author at the book retreat this month. I really enjoyed this world that she built and most of the female main character Huntress is so awesome. She goes through a lot in this book and the ending; wow! I wouldn't have even guessed. I highly recommend everyone to read this book. I have been so lucky this year that almost all the books I have read have been, so far, 5 out 5 stars.
