The Elbow sleeves should be washed with warm water and a mild detergent. Simply leave the wrist wraps out to air dry. All of our equipment are not washing machine friendly as this may damage the materials.

They do have a little lip where the heel is for a little added supports I believe to keep your foot from sliding out as easy. Will they slip out with enough movement? The size fits wonderful, not to loose or tight, granted with time and use, they might get a bit loose, but right out of the packaging, and only wearing for a small time around the apartment, they are a glass slipper fit. I stayed to what I normally wear for shoe size, and the size is just right.
