Dark Lark:
Crafted for pleasure and intrigue with its mysterious, yet approachable liquid. Dark Lark is layered with a vibrant tropical infusion that's intertwined with the rich allure of deep mocha and caramel.
Matured in Port and Sherry Casks finishing in Tokay and Muscat.
Nose - Aroma of mocha and sultanas develop with light oak spice and a hit of cherry.
Palate - White peach surrounded by creme brulee and rich blackcurrant crumble with ice cream.
Finish - Buttery milk chocolate with honeycomb and caramelised pineapple.
