Order Fulfilment and Cancellation Policy
We strive to optimise our stock levels; however, due to our wide selection, we cannot guarantee immediate availability for this product. If your chosen color and size are in stock, it will ship within 2-5 days. Even if the item is out of stock, you can still place an order online with us—please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery, as the product will be specially ordered and shipped from our Result Equine warehouse in Europe.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and an estimated delivery time. If the expected delivery time is longer than you can wait, you may cancel your order within 24 hours without any cancellation fee. After 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to items that are being specially ordered and shipped for you.
