This way it's easy to take, I can share the wealth, and take in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that my body needs for energy and proper nourishment. Encapsulating is definitely a good idea for those who simply don't make smoothies for all of their supplements every day, and for those who easily forget or need to take various health supplements. This is a great combo.
