The center has several holes with one large one at the center. That is where you can mount it using any regular wood screw into a wall stud, or you can mount it with an anchor if studs are not available. This one pictured comes in rustic sunburst. I will be adding more color options after I finish the rest of the hook designs. In the mean time you can order one and put in the notes a color option. Try to keep it simple for now, red, blue, green, ect.
