Творчий доробок Василя Григоровича Кричевського (1873–1952) в галузі графіки на сьогодні є недостатньо вивченим і потребує окремого мистецтвознавчого дослідження. Пропоноване видання — спроба ознайомлення читача із орнаментною спадщиною митця.
В альбомі подано близько 200 взірців орнаментів, що зберігаються в музеях України, а також у приватних колекціях.

The artistic contribution of Vasyl Hryhorovych Krychevskyi (1873–1952) in the realm of graphic arts remains a relatively unexplored territory to this day and calls for a separate art-historical study. This publication serves as an attempt to acquaint readers with the artist’s ornamental legacy.
The album presents approximately 200 exemplars of ornaments preserved in museums across Ukraine, as well as in private collections.
This publication is commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Master’s birth.
