6 different varieties of Coffea Arabica beans (South America, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Kenya AA) are roasted separately with extraordinary care using a gentle process. The beans of this 100% Arabica blend (with the exception of those from Brazil, all the other varieties are washed) remain in a water bath for several hours and are then dried in the sun.
The above-mentioned process enhances the mild, unctuous flavours (spiciness, body, roundness) and pleasant acidity typical of Arabica.
Be careful not to confuse this with the unpleasant acidity of over-fermented coffee.
